Most leadership programs take an academic approach. But Leadership Development at CBI is based on decades of practical, hands-on industry experience and the synergies of co-directors, Don Robertson and Donna Goss. Over the past decade, the CBI directors and their elite force of specialized facilitators have collaborated with countless organizations, ranging from global giants to small businesses, to identify and assess their performance challenges and create and deliver customized training and solutions, industry-specific courses, and organizational plans that work. Goss and Robertson's impressive background, and CBI's many accomplishments, garner national recognition and repeated requests for presentations and collaboration.
Please note: Regularly scheduled Leadership Development courses are also available through our Professional Development Workshops.
