In today's interconnected world, the need for healthcare education reaches into almost every field. Whether you are working in the medical sector, require training for your job in a related field or are seeking a new career, Northampton's Center for Healthcare Education can provide you with the courses and certification you need.

Most of our courses are held at NCC's Fowler Family Southside Center in Bethlehem. We also offer classes at our other campuses and locations as well as web-based classes through NCC's Online Learning program for credit courses and through ed2go for non-credit courses.

CPR/First Aid

CHE offers courses in the American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Heartsaver CPR and AED. We also provide health and safety training for child care providers. Learn more about these important training opportunities here.

Career Certification

Our entry-level certification programs provide an opportunity for career advancement in a number of growing health care fields. Certificate options include nurse’s aide, phlebotomy, pharmacy technician, direct service provider, and personal care assistant.

Continuing Education

The Center for Healthcare Education provides accredited continuing education for nurses, early childhood educators, first responders/EMTs, employees in the healthcare food service industry and personal care home administrators. CHE is an approved provider for continuing education contact hours that satisfy ACT 58 license requirements. We also offer re-activation and review programs for RNs and LPNs who have been out of the field.
