Food Court Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
BREAKFAST
Monday - Friday: Breakfast burrito with potatoes.
SIMPLY TO GO
Salads: Black olive chicken Caesar, popcorn chicken.
Snacks: Fruit cup, veggie cup, red jello, grapes and cheese, strawberry shortcake, pita and hummas, 3-berry yogurt parfait, cranberry white chocolate yogurt parfait, pudding cups, cheese cubes, grapes.
Sandwiches: Peanut butter and jelly, chicken Caesar wrap, tuna salad on wheat, Italian hoagie on a baguette, chicken salad on pumpernickle, portabella pepper on marble rye.
LUNCH
Monday: Mushroom barley and potato bacon/cheese soups, chicken Alfredo, chicken parmesan with potatoes, spinach and sundried tomato quiche with veggie, taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings, chicken cheese steak with all the toppings, grilled Reuben sandwich combo with fries, buffalo chicken sandwich combo with fries, 6" tuna sub with chips.
Tuesday: Vegetarian tortellini and chicken rice soups, chicken Alfredo, beef stuffed pepper with mashed potatoes and veggie, tortellini primavera with bread stick, steamed pork dumplings with dipping sauce, Pittsburgh steak salad, grilled Reuben sandwich combo with fries, buffalo chicken sandwich combo with fries, 6" tuna sub with chips.
Wednesday: Chicken tchoupitoula and mushroom barley soups, chicken Alfredo, pepperjack breaded chicken with potatoes and veggie, vegetable stuffed zucchini with potatoes, chicken cheese enchilada with chips and salsa, chicken quesidilla, grilled Reuben sandwich combo with fries, buffalo chicken sandwich combo with fries, 6" tuna sub with chips.
Thursday: Chicken noodle and split pea soups, chicken Alfredo, black tea smoked pork loin with rice and BB-Q sauce, roasted vegetable Wellington, taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings, prime rib sliders with smoked Gouda cheese sauce, grilled Reuben sandwich combo with fries, buffalo chicken sandwich combo with fries, 6" tuna sub with chips.
Friday: New England clam chowder and cream of mushroom soups, chicken Alfredo, pineapple glazed chicken with rice and veggie, baked cheese ravioli with bread and veggie, beef and bean enchilada with chips and salsa, sautéed Mrs. T. DINNER

Wednesday: Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy and veggie, chicken cheese enchilada with chips and salsa, chicken Alfredo.
Thursday: Chicken paprikas over pasta with veggie, taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings, chicken Alfredo.
