Statement of Nondiscrimination

NCC does not discriminate against any person in employment or educational opportunities because of race, color, religion, age, national origin, ancestry, sex, or based on an individual's actual or perceived disability, or on a person's association with a person with a disability. The Vice President for Administrative Affairs has been designated to handle inquiries regarding the College's non-discrimination policies, to accept discrimination/ harassment complaints from members of the college community, and to monitor the institution's compliance with state and federal non-discrimination laws and regulations.
