Spartan Card
Your Spartan Card also allows you to take advantage of NCC services with the ease of not carrying cash. Use it to make purchases using your flex dollars in any NCC dining facility, bookstore and selected vending machines. The card is also used for library services and to access residence halls and selected labs. To obtain a Spartan Card, visit one of the following locations: Main Campus, VP Student Affairs CC200 Bring a valid photo ID and a copy of you current course schedule. Current students may obtain a Spartan Card at any time during their registered session. New students who have been accepted to the college and have registered for classes may obtain a card beginning 2 weeks before their session start. Students attending summer orientation are also given an opportunity to have their picture taken in advance so their card will be ready when they arrive on campus in the Fall. NCC Plus Card
All NCC credit program students are required to activate a refund preference in order to receive any type of tuition or financial aid refund (See Refund Policies). You have several options to get your refund money faster and easier than ever before: Easy Refund = Same Day Easy Refund puts your refund money in your OneAccount. Your refund money can then be used wherever MasterCard is accepted or you can withdraw funds from the Higher One ATM on campus for free. How does this happen? New students receive an NCC Plus Card in the mail which is used to activate a refund preference. You do not need to activate the debit card but need the information from the card to complete the one-time login to activate your preference. Even if you don't think you will receive a refund or want the debit account, circumstances can change. Activate the preference of your choice and keep the card in a safe place.
When will you get your card? Cards are mailed to new students after their first semester bill is satisfied through full payment, financial aid, payment plan or a combination of payment methods.
Before you register for classes make sure your address with NCC is correct! Online address update is available through MyNCC. You can also visit the Main Campus Records Office or Monroe Campus Enrollment Office or complete and submit the Change of Student Information form. Remember to keep your address information updated with both NCC and at www.NCCPlusCard.com. Cards are not forwarded by the postal service. Cards returned due to incorrect address are destroyed. Students may be subject to a replacement card fee.
Don't throw your card away! Even if you don't want to activate the OneAccount debit card or don't expect a refund at this time, activate another refund preference of your choice as soon as you get your card and keep the card in a safe place. Card not received, lost, stolen or thrown away? You will need to report the card lost and order a new card.
How To Order A New NCC Plus Card
Active Account Holders - If you have already completed your initial login and activated a refund preference, order your card by logging into your account and selecting Report Card Lost/Stolen. You can also contact Higher One Support at 1-800-814-9305

Inactive Account Holders - If you have not completed your initial login and activated a refund preference, choose one of the following:
