Tutoring by Appointment
All currently registered NCC credit students may schedule one on-campus or online appointment per week for each class in which they require writing or reading assistance. Trained, professional tutors are happy to help you with your writing questions:

• Review English grammar
• Navigate Blackboard
• Develop topics
• Organize your ideas
• Structure your paragraphs
• Help you check your sentences for grammatical correctness
• Improve study strategies for textbook reading and note-taking

Making an Appointment
Tutoring appointments are scheduled on the hour. To make an on-campus appointment to see a Writing/Reading tutor, stop by the Learning Center and speak with the secretary, or call the Learning Center at (610) 861-5517. For online appointments email lcwriter@northampton.edu.
