Request a Transcript

We are pleased to assist current students and alumni in obtaining official and unofficial transcripts. Please note that transcripts cannot be processed through telephone or email requests.

Official Transcripts
To request an official transcript from Northampton Community College, you must print out the Official Transcript Request and submit it along with payment to the Records Office. Delivery methods and payment information are available on the request form.

Unofficial Transcripts
Current students can obtain a copy of their unofficial Northampton transcript using Spartan Net (Select the Academic Record icon.)
