What do critical and strategic thinking, effective communication, working with modern technologies, and financial management have in common? They are all skills that are obtained as a result of completing NCC’s Business Management program, which is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and is designed to send graduates directly into the business world.
The Business Management curriculum provides students with an inclusive background of methods and techniques that can be applied in many different types of business environments. These include marketing, finance, operations, human resources and law. Students learn through a combination of management principles, concepts and organizational operations. This, along with chosen electives throughout the program, helps students easily configure their degree to fit their personal goals.
The program culminates in a capstone experience called the International Business Practice Firm, where simulated company situations allow students to utilize the managerial techniques that they’ve acquired over four semesters.
