Prepare to transfer to a four-year institution and earn a bachelor’s degree in fields like accounting, business, economics, finance, marketing, and business administration. You’ll gain foundational knowledge in financial accounting, information technology, communication, marketing, managerial accounting, management fundamentals, macroeconomics, microeconomics, business statistics, and business law, along with additional electives.



Transfer to a 4-Year University

Our 2-year business degree program mirrors the first two years of a standard business bachelor’s degree program, meaning if you study at NCC, you can save thousands of dollars per year with our low tuition rates and generous financial aid and scholarship program.

Your academic advisors will help you select elective courses that best align with your target transfer program at schools like Bloomsburg University, DeSales University, East Stroudsburg University, Kutztown University, Moravian College, Pennsylvania State University, Temple University, West Chester University, and more.



Flexible Learning Options

The business administration associate degree’s is offered both fully online as well as in-person to offer maximum flexibility for working adults. In-person courses are offered during both the day and evening on both our Bethlehem and Pocono campuses and can also be pursued in either a full or part-time capacity.

Study full-time to earn your degree in two years or balance your studies with other work commitments as a part-time student for three to five years.
