Sandwiches: Peanut butter and jelly; chicken Caesar wrap; chicken hummus guacamole ciabatta; tuna on wheat; ham and cheddar and egg.

Gluten-Free Cups: Tuna salad; chicken salad; egg salad.

Lunch

Monday: Chicken noodle and cream of asparagus soups; chili con carne with rice; chicken spinach penne pasta with bread stick and veggie; cauliflower tofu curry; *taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings; chicken Marsala over rice; Banh mi burger; pesto chicken chabretti.

Tuesday: Pasta fagioli and cream of broccoli soups; chili con carne with rice; shepherd pie; deep fried ravioli with sauce and veggie; beef and bean enchilada with chips and salsa; blackened chicken sliders; Banh mi burger; pesto chicken chabretti. 

Wednesday: Roasted turkey rice and roasted butternut squash soups; chili con carne with rice; chicken alfredo with bread stick and veggie; veggie egg rolls with rice and veggie; chicken paella; supreme nacho bar; Banh mi burger; pesto chicken chabretti.

Thursday: Chicken Tchoupitoulas and roasted garden veggie soups; chili con carne with rice; pepper jack beef and cheese with mashed potatoes and veggie; spicy vegan tofu curry and veggie; chicken cheese enchilada with chips and salsa; *chicken quesadilla; Banh mi burger; pesto chicken chabretti.

Friday: New England clam chowder and mushroom barley soup; chili con carne with rice; tomato basil baked flounder with risotto and veggie; stuffed shells with plum tomato, bread stick and veggie; *taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings; yogurt bendable bar with choice of fruits, granola and topping; Banh mi burger; pesto chicken chabretti.

Dinner

Monday: Jalapeno fried chicken with roasted potatoes and veggie; *taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings; chili con carne with rice.

Tuesday: Baked penne carbonara with chicken, veggie and bread; beef and bean enchilada with chips and salsa; chili con carne with rice.

Wednesday: Grilled seasoned flank steak with potatoes and gravy; chicken paella; chili con carne with rice.

Thursday: Roasted chicken with filling, corn and gravy; chicken cheese enchilada with chips and salsa; chili con carne with rice.
