Salads: Lemongrass chicken and chicken Caesar salads.

Snacks: Fruit cup; veggie cup; pita and hummus; cranberry chocolate almond yogurt parfait; tropical parfait; orchard harvest box; pepperoni and cheese; apple and peanut butter; pudding; grapes; jello.

Sandwiches: Peanut butter and jelly; chicken Caesar wrap; turkey sub, tuna on wheat, ham and cheddar with apple on ciabatta bread. 

Gluten-Free Cups: Tuna salad; chicken salad; egg salad.

Wednesday: White chicken chili and cream of spinach soups; macaroni and cheese; tempura chicken with white rice, broccoli and wasabi; veggie egg rolls with rice and broccoli; chicken cheese enchilada with chips and salsa; prime rib sliders with smoked gouda cheese sauce; ham and Swiss slider; buffalo chicken chabretti.

Thursday: Chicken tchoupitoula and Tuscan seven veggie soup; macaroni and cheese; meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy and veggie; vegetarian Korean rice bowl; *taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings; *chicken quesadilla; ham and Swiss slider; buffalo chicken chabretti.

Friday: Manhattan clam chowder and cream of mushroom soups; macaroni and cheese; fish tacos with rice and veggie; pesto spinach/tomato penne with bread stick and veggie; beef chimichanga with chips and salsa; sautéed Mrs. T. Pierogies; ham and Swiss slider; buffalo chicken chabretti.

Dinner

Tuesday: Cajun chicken Alfredo with bread stick and veggie; chipotle chicken and queso fresco tacos; macaroni and cheese.

Wednesday: Kung Pao beef with jasmine rice; chicken cheese enchilada with chips and salsa; macaroni and cheese.

Thursday: Jalapeno fried chicken with roasted potatoes and veggie; *taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings, macaroni and cheese.
