Snacks: Fruit cup; veggie cup; pita and hummus; peanut butter/banana yogurt parfait; key lime yogurt parfait; Southwest adventure box; pepperoni and cheese; apple roll up; pudding; grapes; jello.

Sandwiches: Peanut butter and jelly; chicken Caesar wrap; garden burger wrap; turkey and cheese sandwich; roasted beet and pistachio. 

Gluten-Free Cups: Tuna salad; chicken salad; egg salad.

Lunch

Monday: Chicken noodle and cream of asparagus soups; chili con carne with rice; chicken, spinach and penne pasta with bread stick and veggie; cauliflower tofu curry; *taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings; ancho chicken corn salad; peanut butter and jelly slider; pesto chicken chabretti.

Tuesday: Pasta fagioli and roasted garden veggie soups; chili con carne with rice; spicy toasted jasmine rice and chicken; deep fried ravioli with sauce and veggie; beef and bean enchilada with chips and salsa; blackened chicken sliders; peanut butter and jelly slider; pesto chicken chabretti.

Wednesday: Roasted turkey and rice and roasted butternut squash soups; chili con carne with rice; chicken alfredo with bread stick and veggie; stuffed shells with plum tomato and bread stick and veggie; *taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings; supreme nacho bar; peanut butter and jelly slider; pesto chicken chabretti.

Thursday: Chicken Tchoupitoula and cream of broccoli soups; chili con carne with rice; pepper jack beef and cheese with mashed potatoes and veggie; spicy vegan tofu curry and veggie; chicken cheese enchilada with chips and salsa; *chicken quesadilla; peanut butter and jelly slider; pesto chicken chabretti.

Friday: New England clam chowder and cream of mushroom soup; chili con carne with rice; tomato basil baked flounder with risotto and veggie; veggie egg rolls with rice and veggie; *taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings; yogurt bendable bar with choice of fruits, granola and toppings; peanut butter and jelly slider; pesto chicken chabretti.

Dinner

Monday: Jalapeno fried chicken with roasted potatoes and veggie; *taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings; chili con carne with rice.

Tuesday: Baked penne carbonara with chicken, veggie and bread; beef and bean enchilada with chips and salsa; chili con carne with rice. 

Wednesday: Grilled seasoned flank steak with potatoes and gravy; *taco salad in a tortilla bowl with beef and toppings; chili con carne with rice.

Thursday: Roasted turkey with filling, corn and gravy; chicken cheese enchilada with chips and salsa; chili con carne with rice.
