Returning Residents - Monday, January 16, 2017

  • Noon: 1100s & 2100s & Apartments 1 - 6
  • 1 pm: 1200s & 2200s & Apartments 7 - 12
  • 2 pm: 1300s & 2300s
  • 3 pm: 1400s & 2400s

Check-in will begin at the Residence Hall Commons.

Steps to Complete Before Your Arrival

The following must be completed to be permitted to move in. Incomplete steps or missed deadlines could affect your housing agreement and your space may be reassigned to another student.

  1. Pay your tuition and housing bill by Wednesday, January 4, 2017. If you have any outstanding balances or holds at that time, it could impact the status of your housing.
  2. If you currently have health insurance, complete the Health Insurance Waiver online by December 28, 2016 to ensure it is removed from your tuition bill by the January 4 tuition due date. Health insurance cannot be waived after December 28, 2016.  If you have health Insurance, you will need to complete this waiver.
  3. If you are a new resident, complete your Health Form. You should have received it when offered housing.  If you do not receive a health form, please contact the Housing & Residence Life Office.  

Fixtures and Furnishings

Laundry

Laundry rooms are located within the Residence Halls and are available for use by all resident students at no charge.

Cable TV & Wi-Fi

Cable TV, Wi-Fi and all other primary utilities are included for students in the residence halls. You will be able to contact to the internet upon completing a form to register your device(s) at check-in. 

Each resident is provided with the following furnishings

  • Extra Long Twin Bed
  • Desk

  • Closet

  • Two sets of linens for extra long twin bed
  • Shower/Bathroom carry-all (for shampoo, soap, razors, etc.)
  • Towels & washcloths
  • School supplies (binders, notebooks, pens, highlighters)
  • Storage containers, which may fit under the bed
  • Alarm clock
  • Umbrella
  • Laundry basket/bag
  • Backpack
  • Quilt/Comforter
  • Laundry detergent
