Your Residence

The Residence Halls at Northampton have been designed to keep you focused and comfortable. There is no better environment to help you succeed as a college student. Most rooms are double occupancy. There are a limited number of singles and apartments reserved for current residents. New residence halls opened in Fall 2015 and existing halls were renovated to match:

Dining Hall

A full-scale dining hall facility is provided for resident students to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night snacks. Students are required to purchase a meal plan. Learn more.

Laundry rooms are located within the Residence Halls and are available for use by all resident students at no charge.

Lounges

Lounges provide additional space for studying, socializing and relaxing.

Mailboxes

Each resident has a personal campus mailbox within the Residence Halls to receive letters and packages from friends and family.

Cable TV & Wi-Fi

Cable TV service, Wi-Fi connectivity and all other primary utilities are included. Students pay their rent. Housing pays the service providers.

Room Prices (Fall 2016 – Spring 2017)

Meal plans are required for most residents. Meal plan fees vary by option and are not included in the room prices presented below.
