Christopher Bavlinka will begin teaching at NCC in the fall semester of 2017 at the Main campus. He will be teaching non-credit cooking classes in the spring and fall semesters, specializing in the instruction of sushi making. Bavlinka has over 20 years of culinary experience working professionally in kitchens in the Lehigh Valley. He has a passion for food, and his activities are focused on reading cook books, watching cooking shows, and going on restaurant tours. Christopher hopes that his classes can show how easy it is to cook and enlighten people to the importance of slowing down and enjoying each other's company over a great meal.
