Gloria Luzzatto has been a culinary instructor at LCCC's evening community programs and more recently at NCC's Bethlehem Campus. Gloria has a BS degree in Education from Shippensburg University and is a culinary graduate from the Restaurant School of Philadelphia at Walnut Hill College, and culinary Cont Ed Units from the Culinary Institute of America, CA in their wedding cake program and Raritan Community College. She also traveled to Italy to study Umbrian regional cooking.
Gloria is a member of the United States Personal Chef Association and has a personal chef service, Glorious Gourmet PCS. Gloria received Certification in ServSafe Food Protection Management effective through 4/2/2019.
Gloria believes that by sharing her food and cooking knowledge with others, she hopes to be a resource to others to enhance their cooking skills, experience new food ideas, cook healthy and delicious foods, and have fun doing it.
