Kristy Snider has been teaching for 21 years in various roles from geography at the middle school level to coaching various sports. She enjoys hiking with her family, cooking meals influenced by her travels and desires to continue traveling, camping, and completing unique crafts.  She has had an opportunity to study in Ghana as a Fulbright scholar, in Peru completing archaeological work, and this summer will study at the Henry Ford Museum through a National Endowment for the Humanities Grant. She enjoys serving on both the PA Geographic Alliance and PA Council for the Social Studies board.
