Leannea Pond

Linnea Pond has worked for NCC at the Monroe Campus since 2012 and has been teaching fitness for over 20 years. She teaches all styles of group exercise including, kickboxing, boot camp, toning, pilates, and yoga. She is certified in yoga, Pilates, and group exercise, with an emphasis on pre/post natal, therapeutic exercise, children's fitness and movement, and stand-up paddleboard yoga. She has her 200 hour certification in yoga, is AFAA certified as a group instructor and has 500 hours BASI training in pilates. Passionate about exercise, she is committed to broadening her education and takes pride in making classes both fun and challenging a passionate, supportive, and friendly atmosphere.

Linnea's classes are designed for all backgrounds and levels of fitness. Each class is dedicated to working multiple muscle groups together to reduce the risk of injury and improve everyday physical tasks.
