Mary Lienhard

After losing 100 pounds during college, Mary Lienhard became extremely excited and interested in fitness. She had lost the majority of her weight through diet, but quickly came to realize that in order to maintain her new body, she would need to incorporate physical activity into her life.

She began taking all types of classes. She was eventually introduced to Tabata Bootcamp, a high-intensity interval workout. She instantly fell in love with this form of fitness. Knowing she had ability to teach, which is her full-time profession, she decided to get certified to teach Tabata Bootcamp. She has since taught Tabata classes at work, but this will be Mary's first class at NCC's BethlehemCampus. She hopes to work with and inspire others to lead a healthy lifestyle.
