Megan Borascius is a 200-hour registered yoga instructor, certified in vinyasa flow and ashtanga yoga. She began her personal practice in 2012 and in 2015 became a registered yoga teacher. Teaching from beginners to advanced, she encourages students to learn something new and take something away from the mat after every practice. Megan has practiced a variety of styles of yoga and likes to take an eclectic approach when designing each class. Combining her personal preference for power yoga with an emphasis on breath work and connecting breath to movement, students can expect to increase their flexibility and strength while becoming more aware of their body and its capabilities.
Megan is originally from the Lehigh Valley and earned her Bachelor's degree from Cedar Crest College and her Master's degree from Kutztown University. She currently works in higher education and fills her free time with family, yoga, running, reading and her rescue dog!
