Sally Master's first semester teaching at NCC is Spring 2016. She earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Biology from East Stroudsburg University. She also graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at NCC. Sally has worked for Merck Pharmaceuticals and as a veterinary hospital owner and hospital manager, both of which frequently involved teaching and training fellow staff members.
During her time as a manager for Veterinary Centers of America, she developed and delivered several presentations at the company's southeastern regional meetings. Her most recent passion has brought her back to us as an instructor for our Wine Essentials class being taught at the main campus. In this class, Sally will share with you the knowledge she has learned about wine, both on her own and at Blue Ridge Winery where she learned first hand from Vintner, Randy Detrick. In this class, Sally will teach the fundamentals of wine and wine tasting.
