The Laconic: NEH Special Edition

A new "Laconic" is launched!

The Spring 2015 issue of "The Laconic," Northampton Community College's literary and arts magazine, is special. It's a double issue  that pays tribute to the current "The Laconic" Release PartyNEH theme: Agriculture and the American Identity. Free copies are available at kiosks around campus.

The latest edition was released at a party on April 2. It contains poems, short stories, photographs and artwork submitted by NCC students, faculty and staff.

Prizes were awarded for the best student submissions. David Urban won the literary award for his short story "Raw Dog Ross." Anton Pasternak won the art award for his untitled drawing.
