A Delicious Event

NCC chef instructorsIt was a hot weekend outside, but the cool place to be was the 4th annual Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival, held May 31 through June 2 at the Sands Event Center in Bethlehem. The event, expanded to three days this year, drew over 2500 tasters for the Grand Tastings on Saturday and Sunday, and a Burger and Beer Bash on Friday night.

Participants enjoyed the culinary stylings of 29 of the Valley's finest restaurants and sipped tastings of 47 wines from around the world. The weekend also featured  cooking demos by Chefs Emeril Lagasse, Chris Wilson and Brent Wertz, and a wine dinner on Saturday night with Chef Wilson and Master Sommelier Kevin Vogt.
