Program Details

  • Designed for individuals who have a basic level of English and want to expand their command of the English language
  • Students must have already completed secondary/high school in their home country
  • After taking an English language proficiency test, students are placed into appropriate level courses
  • Curriculum divided into three levels (levels II, III, and IV) and focuses on reading, writing, speaking, and culture
  • Classes held four days a week (Monday-Thursday) for a total of 16-24 hours a week
  • Students taking at least six credits may participate in the optional cultural trip program

  • Course of study comprising English for Academic Purposes (EAP), TOEFL/IELTS-related skills, and American culture
  • Concentrated work on reading, writing, listening, speaking, pronunciation, giving presentations, and study skills

  • Full F-1/J-1 Visa support provided
    • A minimum of one to two months should be allowed for processing of application and shipment of I-20/DS-2019 to the home country
