Tech Prep Profile: Lehigh Valley Consortium Components Tech Prep at Your School  Student Request Form Articulation Grid From 1992 to 1999, Lehigh Valley schools were served by two Tech Prep consortia.  These two consortia merged in July of 1999 to form the Lehigh Valley Tech Prep Consortium. Northampton Community College strongly supports the Tech Prep initiative and continues to develop articulations agreements with secondary schools in the Lehigh Valley and Monroe County.  The articulation process aligns curricula between secondary schools and the college, while assuring students of a seamless program which enables them to gain college credits while still in high school (Student Advanced Credit Summary and Request For College Credit Form).
