Janet Yarko has been teaching group fitness classes for 13 years. She greatly enjoys motivating others to reach their personal fitness goals and to have "fun" while doing it. She is AFAA certified and is also a personal trainer. Janet teaches a variety of classes including Ripped, Boot camp, cycling, zumba, pilates and interval training. Janet has been teaching at the Southside Fowler center since October 2013.
She currently resides in Allentown, Pa with her husband and two sons. Volleyball and tennis are two of Janet's favorite activities. Her teaching goals are to inspire others to achieve a healthier fitness lifestyle.
