Myrna Dyer has been teaching fitness classes at Northampton Community College, Monroe Tannersville Plaza since Spring 2012. She has always had a passion for dance and has studied various dance forms. Myrna is proficient in most Latin dances and Dance Oriental, and her journey into fitness was an unexpected one. She took a variety of "fitness dance" classes, looking for something more than a fitness experience. It wasn't until she found one that was not only enjoyable but also effective that prompted her to become a fitness instructor.
Myrna has a BS in Medical Laboratory Technology with an emphasis on Human Anatomy and Kinesiology. She is certified and licensed in CPR/AED, First Aid, Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Zumba® Gold, Zumba® Kids, and Zumba® SENTAO.
Myrna's approach is to enjoy what you are doing while still improving yourself. The classes are designed so that everyone from beginner to advanced can benefit.
