Grow Through What We Go Through: Mental Health Awareness Panel

The purpose of this panel is to gather and educate students on stigma, culture, and barriers to seeking treatment and the importance of normalizing mental health. During our time together, we hope to inform students and the NCC campus community on the importance of caring for their mental wellness. Students will be offered ways to know when and how to seek support. The panelist will be asked a series of questions by the host from the perspective of a student. Students will also be invited to attend via Zoom (see blue link attachment below) and will be given an opportunity to ask our panelist questions regarding help, support and mental health. Join us as we continue to grow through what we go through…and welcome the beauty of not having to do it alone.
