2024 Hispanic Heritage Celebration
This is NCC 5th Annual Event celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month for the Lehigh Valley community. The event is Free highlighting cultural food, performances and Major Willie Reynolds will award three outstanding community individuals for their works in the community.
