Personal Care Home Administrator
Northampton Community College's "Personal Care Home Administrator" program is officially approved by the Department of Human Services - under 55 PA Code 2600.64 (a) (2) This program satisfies the Pennsylvania requirements for obtaining (100 hrs) training for certification as a Personal Care Home Administrator. It consists of 20 individual modules, covered in 30 evenings of training.

Please visit the DHS website at dhs.pa.gov/provider/training/personalcarehometraining for information regarding the Personal Care Home Administrator Program Scholarship or call the Director of Training at 717.787.9160. Scholarship must be applied for and approval received PRIOR to beginning the 100-hour Personal Care Home Administrator Course. If you are a Nursing Home Administrator wanting to take the Personal Care Home Administrator exam, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. At the time of the exam, you will need to bring the following documents:
- Copy of your current Nursing Home Administrator License
- Two (2) forms of ID: a photo ID and one other form of ID
- $100 check made out to Northampton Community College
