Billing & Payments
The Bursar's Office assists students with tuition billing, fees, housing and meal plan charges and other college-related charges. The Bursar's Office also handles all student refunds, third party invoicing, collections, flex accounts, and tax reporting.
The mission of the Bursars Office is to serve the students who attend Northampton Community College by providing them with quality service, information, maintaining accurate financial records and communicating policies and information to them concerning their student accounts.
We strive to promote financial literacy among our students, offering resources and guidance to help them make informed decisions about their finances during their time at Northampton Community College and beyond. We are dedicated to ensuring that students have access to the financial support and knowledge they need to successfully navigate their educational journey.
