Establishing educational pathways with defined outcomes that support student achievement.

Educational pathways that help students understand what is needed to achieve their goals are essential to strengthen the effectiveness of the college and its impact on graduates. They provide a roadmap to ensure students take the necessary courses to prepare for their chosen careers or continue on at a four-year institution. Likewise, having clear program outcomes that show that an NCC education is worth the investment is key to providing evidence that students’ time at NCC will set them on a path to succeed.
