Corporate and Public Safety

Northampton Community College is a comprehensive source for all things safety.

We provide essential training to firefighters, law enforcement and security personnel and programs for employers and workers on the recognition, avoidance and prevention of safety and health hazards. Northampton is proud to be an OSHA-authorized outreach trainer and a consortium partner in the Mid-Atlantic OSHA Training Institute (OTI) Education Center.

Mid-Atlantic OSHA Training Institute Education Center

The Mid-Atlantic OSHA Training Institute Education Center (MAOTIEC) is a consortium comprised of the Chesapeake Region Safety Council (CRSC) and Northampton Community College. The MAOTIEC is committed to providing participants a first class training experience, including but not limited to efficient and expedient registration, convenient, comfortable training accommodations, user-friendly training and reference materials, and thought provoking, congenial classroom instruction offered by the top experts in their respective health and safety fields.

FREE Basic Construction Methods & Operations Training
