TC Cunningham
TC is in his 18th year as patrolman with the Allentown Police Department. TC is currently the Assistant Commander for the department’s Crisis Negotiations Team, he has been a negotiator since 2009. TC is also the team leader for the Departments Crisis Intervention Team that includes assisting with the CIT trained Officers within the department, as well as assisting in instruction of the CIT Officers. TC has been a Field Training Officer since 2014 and has trained numerous Officers to date. TC is a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania CISM (Critical Incident Stress management Team), this includes traveling the area, assisting in assisting in critical incidents. TC is a former volunteer Fire Department commander as well. TC is also the Assistant Varsity baseball coach at Salisbury High School, since 2018. TC teaches Verbal De-Escalation along with Crime Scene Response at NCC.
