Joseph Koury
Joseph Koury has 26 years of police experience. He is retired after 24 years of service with the Allentown Police Department. He was assigned to the Patrol Division, then was assigned to the Motorcycle Unit, Tactical / Special Operations Group, Night Shift, before being assigned to the Allentown Police Departments Crime Scene Unit for over 16 years. He has attended the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Forensic Services for several trainings receiving certifications. Joseph is a qualified Fingerprint Examiner. He has testified in County Court as an Expert. He was a member of the Allentown Police Departments Honor Guard Unit for 16 years. Joseph holds an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.
