On behalf of the NCC Food & Wine Gala Committee, thank you to our loyal sponsors and friends for your continued support. The 2024 Gala, held at our new venue in the Arthur L. Scott Spartan Center, was a record-breaking success, raising $315,000 with nearly 400 attendees. To date, the event has generated $2.8 million for student scholarships, transforming lives and providing access to high-quality education. We’re thrilled to announce the return of Master of Wine Chris Cree as our 2025 headliner on May 30, along with Wind Creek Bethlehem as our Founding Partner Sponsor. Founding Committee Chairs

Our heartfelt thanks to both Mike and Diane Molewski for their incredible dedication to the Gala since its inception. Originally a festival, the event was Mike’s visionary brainchild, and he chaired the festival for 10 years. Mike and Diane’s passion for fine wine has been an inspiration in how the event has grown and evolved over the years.
